What does Advanced Preservation Facelift mean?

The Preservation Facelift (also called the Deep Plane Preservation Facelift) is a refined evolution of the classic Deep Plane Facelift. It was developed to achieve the same — or better — results as a full Deep Plane facelift, but with a gentler approach and faster recovery for your tissues.

Instead of lifting the skin extensively, this technique keeps the skin, fat, and muscle together as a “composite flap.”

What does this mean for you in practice?

Preservation of structures like lymphatic vessels and capillaries, meaning reduced swelling and fewer bruises
A more respectful surgery leads to less pain
Shorter recovery time
Natural-looking results with no stretched or tight appearance

How has Facelift surgery evolved to reach the Preservation facelift?

The Preservation Facelift is an advanced refinement of the Deep Plane technique, which itself is a leap forward from traditional SMAS facelifts.

Today, it’s widely recognized as the most advanced technique for natural facial rejuvenation.

The difference between a Preservation Facelift and a traditional SMAS lift is significant — like comparing a horse-drawn carriage to a Formula 1 car.

Technical differences

In a SMAS facelift, the retaining ligaments are not released, limiting tissue repositioning and increasing the risk of visible scars.
In a Deep Plane Facelift, the retaining ligaments are always released, allowing more natural repositioning of tissues.
The Preservation Facelift takes this further — it respects facial anatomy even more, reducing complications, shortening recovery, and achieving superior results, especially in the neck.

What are the benefits of the Preservation Facelift?

One of the major advantages is enhanced respect for facial anatomy, resulting in outcomes that are more natural, harmonious, and long-lasting.

By keeping the skin, fat, and SMAS together as a single unit (“composite flap”), artificial stretches that cause a “mask-like” effect or “sweep deformities” are avoided.

Additionally, because lymphatic vessels are preserved, recovery is faster and more comfortable, with results lasting over 10 years in most cases.

Can a Preservation Facelift Be Performed After a Traditional Facelift?

Yes, absolutely, thanks to its more anatomically respectful approach.

However, there are a few nuances to consider.

If you have already had a traditional facelift (such as a SMAS lift), it is possible to perform a Preservation Facelift (or a classic Deep Plane facelift) as a secondary procedure, because they work on different anatomical planes.

Two key points must be considered:

The anatomy is no longer untouched. The tissues have been manipulated before, which can mean more fibrosis, possible adhesions, and increased surgical difficulty.
The technique must be adapted. I often see patients for secondary facelifts, and in most cases, they do not know exactly which technique was performed in their first procedure. Which is completely normal. However, it means each case is unique, and only experience allows for correctly identifying the planes and avoiding complications.

The good news? In expert hands, a secondary Preservation Facelift can significantly improve previous results and, above all, restore the natural appearance if it was lost after the first facelift.

Classic facelift techniques

What is the approximate price range for a Preservation Facelift, and what determines the cost?

The Preservation Facelift is a more advanced and complex technique that requires:

Specialized training
Exclusive dedication
Advanced experience
Expert surgical skill

For this reason, the price will always be higher than conventional techniques such as SMAS facelifts or mini-lifts.

Estimating a price range is difficult, as it depends greatly on:

The surgeon’s experience
The city or clinic
Whether it is combined with other procedures (blepharoplasty, neck liposuction, etc.)
The complexity of the case (secondary procedures usually cost more)

As a guideline, in the UK, fees range between £50,000–£80,000, while in the US they start from $80,000–$100,000.

In Spain, prices are lower, though always personalized.

When you consider the long-term benefits — longer-lasting results, fewer revisions, faster recovery — a Preservation Facelift is always the most cost-effective choice over time.

Where Are the Incisions Made, and How Visible Are the Scars?

The Preservation Facelift follows the classic facelift incision pattern but is less invasive, with minimal tension on the skin, improving scar outcomes.

Here is my approach:

Preauricular hairline incision using a trichophytic technique to preserve hair follicles.
Extends along the natural crease in front of the ear (pretragal or retrotragal).
Continues around the ear lobe and behind the ear.
Occasionally, a submental incision is added for neck work.
Hidden scalp incisions may be made when repositioning the brows.

The key to virtually invisible scars? Deep tissue repositioning avoids unnecessary skin tension, keeping sutures discreet and scars minimal.

Which Areas Does the Preservation Facelift Improve?

Jawline: redefines and tightens the lower face
Nasolabial folds: smooths lines between nose and mouth naturally
Neck: tightens muscles and addresses glandular hernias if necessary
Midface: elevates the cheek slightly while preserving natural volume

It’s not about removing wrinkles or stretching — it’s about repositioning tissues where they were originally.

Can the Preservation Facelift Be Combined With Other Treatments?

Absolutely. Minor procedures, such as upper and lower blepharoplasty, lip-lift, buccal fat pad removal or chemical peels can be done simultaneously to enhance harmony. Dermal fillers are used only as a complementary step, if needed — most cases require no fillers, as restoring the fallen tissues naturally recovers lost volume.

How Is the Postoperative Recovery after a Preservation Facelift?

Much more manageable than with traditional facelifts.

Minimal skin undermining
Reduced swelling and bruising
Less pain and shorter recovery

Most patients recover within 2–3 weeks. At 10 days, visible improvements appear, and by 15 days most can resume social activities (with makeup if desired).

Compared to more aggressive techniques, the postoperative period is much gentler — physically and emotionally.

Facelift Scars: everything you need to know

Are you concerned about Scars after a Facelift?

If you’re considering a facelift, one of your first concerns is likely:

“Will the scar be visible?”

And that’s completely understandable.

The goal is not only to look younger, but to feel confident in your reflection without anyone noticing that a procedure has been done.

Let me explain why, with the right technique and proper aftercare, scars should not be a concern.

What Makes the Deep Plane Facelift Special for scars?

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with various facial rejuvenation techniques.

And if there’s one technique that stands out above the rest for its natural, long-lasting, and refined results, it’s undoubtedly the Deep Plane facelift.

Unlike more traditional methods (which work superficially on the skin), the Deep Plane technique operates at a deeper level.

We reposition the muscular tissues and facial ligaments, returning them to their original position, without applying any tension to the skin.

The result?

Because there’s no tension on the skin, healing is much better compared to a traditional facelift, achieving natural rejuvenation with almost imperceptible scars.

Where Are the Incisions Made in a Deep Plane Facelift?

The placement of the incisions is not a simple technical detail.

It’s a critical part of the aesthetic result.

And it requires anatomical knowledge, aesthetic sensitivity, and significant surgical experience.

For the Deep Plane facelift, the incisions are strategically placed in areas where the anatomy of the face naturally hides them:

In front of the ear, following the natural fold in that area. The incision can either be pretragal (in front of the cartilage) or retrotragal (behind the cartilage).
Behind the ear, following the retroauricular fold, often extending towards the scalp. Over time, this incision is hidden, even if you wear your hair up.
When working on the neck, a small incision is typically added under the chin.

Pretragal vs. Retrotragal incision: which is better?

The incision in front of the ear can either be pretragal (in front of the cartilage) or retrotragal (behind the cartilage).

While it might seem like the retrotragal incision is always better (since it may appear more hidden), it largely depends on each case.

Generally, I prefer the retrotragal incision. However, if the tragal cartilage has a pronounced angle or there’s a pretragal fold, the pretragal incision is often better disguised.

What factors influence facelift scar healing?

One of the great advantages of the Deep Plane facelift is that, since no tension is applied to the skin, scars heal better, with finer and more discrete lines.

But good healing doesn’t only depend on surgical technique.

There are also personal factors that need to be considered to maintain realistic expectations.

Here are the key factors that influence healing:

Skin type
Each patient heals differently.

And skin type plays a significant role:
- Thicker skin or skin with a good collagen level generally heals better and leaves less visible marks.
- However, even with delicate or fair skin, excellent results can be achieved with a proper care routine.
Age

While it’s true that healing tends to be faster in younger patients, age alone doesn’t mean worse healing.

What really matters is the overall health and, most importantly, a proactive approach during the post-operative period.
Smoking

Smoking seriously compromises healing, both aesthetically and medically.

That’s why I always ask my patients to stop smoking at least 2 months before and after the procedure.

And the difference is noticeable.
Postoperative care

This is where your role becomes crucial.

Protecting the skin from the sun, keeping the area clean, applying the prescribed products…

Every little action contributes to a better result.

I will guide you throughout the process, but your involvement is key to success.

What happens to facelift scars over time?

It’s normal to be concerned about the scars at first.

During the first few weeks, they may appear slightly red or swollen. This is completely normal.

However, with a little time and basic care, the scar will become thin, clear, and practically invisible.

After a month, the change is noticeable, and at three months, it’s nearly imperceptible. Generally, between six months and a year, many patients tell me they have to look closely in the mirror to even remember where the incision was.

You’ve been thinking about it for a while.

And it seems like the time has finally come.

You’re ready to take the step, but there’s just so much information…

… and so much marketing

that it’s hard to make a decision.

Here’s my opinion on the matter.

Why choose a specialist for your surgery?

Because your face deserves it.

It’s that simple.

Your face is your calling card to the world. It’s the first thing people see, what conveys your personality, your confidence, your essence.

Would you put it in the hands of someone who performs a facelift every 2-3 months?

As with any procedure, specialization is key to delivering the best results.

When you dedicate your career to perfecting one technique, everything changes:

You know every anatomical detail. The deep planes, ligaments, individual variations. No surprises.
You’ve seen every possible case. Complex anatomies, revisions, complications. You know exactly how to act.
Your technique is refined. Every gesture, every stitch, every decision is optimized by years of repetition.
Your recovery is predictable. You know exactly what to expect and how to guide each patient.

Are all Deep Plane facelifts the same?

It’s a fact: the Deep Plane facelift has become trendy.

And it’s a technique that truly deserves it.

Every time we see a celebrity who seems to have drunk the elixir of eternal youth, one of our first suspicions is that they’ve been to the operating room for a facelift.

And not just any facelift: a Deep Plane facelift.

But is all that glitters gold? And more importantly, are all Deep Plane facelifts the same?

Let me tell you everything you need to know so you don’t get misled.

The difference between a facelift performed by a surgeon who occasionally practices the Deep Plane technique and one who dedicates themselves exclusively to it is similar to the difference between a general practitioner who occasionally treats heart problems and a specialized cardiologist.

Both are qualified doctors, but specialization makes a significant difference in results.

Choosing the right surgeon for your facelift is probably the most important decision you’ll make in the entire process.

Not all surgeons who claim to do Deep Plane really master it.

And you can tell the difference.

Let me explain what to look for so you don’t get fooled.

Experience
The learning curve in facelift surgery is long and demanding. A surgeon needs years of practice to completely master an advanced technique like Deep Plane.

Consider these key factors:
- Years of dedication: Look for a surgeon who has spent at least 5-6 years focused on facial surgery. In my case, I’ve been dedicated exclusively to facial rejuvenation surgery since 2016.
- Case volume: A specialist should perform at least one facelift per week (more than 50 per year) to maintain the necessary skill. Less than this suggests lack of specialization or insufficient experience.
- Continuing education: Ask about their specific training in advanced techniques like Deep Plane. Facial surgery constantly evolves and your surgeon must stay current.
Hyper-specialization

Modern medicine tends toward specialization for a reason: excellence requires focus.

A surgeon who divides their attention between multiple areas (facelifting, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, liposuction) simply cannot achieve the same level of mastery as one dedicated exclusively to one discipline.
Results
In the end, what really matters are the results.

And don’t settle for two or three pretty photos on Instagram.

Have you noticed that most before-and-after cases of “mini-facelifts” are at 7-10 days?

Do you know why?

Because at that moment, swelling makes the face look tighter, and since bruising barely shows, it’s the ideal time to showcase results on Instagram.

Suprisingly they never show is the result after 3-6 months, when there’s no swelling and tissues have sagged again. Don’t fall for that trap.

To make an informed decision, always ask for:
- Standardized photographs: Before and after, with different angles and similar lighting conditions.
- Long-term results: Not just photos immediately after surgery, but follow-ups at 3-6-10 months or more.
- Scar evolution: It’s not enough to show you how they look at 10 days, it’s important that you know the final result. Here I show you how scars look when you are in the hadns of specialist.
- Cases similar to yours: Patients of similar age, skin type, and concerns to yours.
- Complications and how they were managed: Every surgeon, even the best, can have complications. What matters is how they handle them.
Remember that each surgeon develops their own “style.” Some prefer more dramatic results, others more subtle. Make sure the surgeon’s aesthetic approach matches what you’re looking for.

Honesty and communication
A good specialist should be honest about:

- Risks and possible complications

- Available alternatives, even if they involve not operating
If a surgeon promises you perfect results, no risks, and instant recovery, that should be cause for concern.

Honesty doesn’t sell as much as impossible promises, but it’s what you need to hear.
Trust your instincts

Do you feel comfortable with him (or her)?

Do they answer your questions without rushing?

Do they explain things in a way you understand?

Facelift surgery is a personal journey that requires trust and communication. You should feel comfortable with your surgeon and their team, as they’ll accompany you throughout the entire process.

Remember that price, while important, shouldn’t be the determining factor.

Facelift techniques (and results!) have significantly evolved in recent decades. Nowadays the most advanced technique is undoubtedly the Deep Plane Facelift, and it’s certainly my technique of choice for patients seeking natural rejuvenation.

How does time affect your face?

To understand why the Deep Plane Facelift is so effective, it’s essential to know what really happens as the face ages:

The SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) is a fibromuscular layer that lies beneath the skin and provides support to the soft tissues. It is anchored to the bone through retaining ligaments, which help the skin and SMAS remain in place.

Over the years, these facial ligaments gradually lose their strength, allowing gravity to take its toll.

This leads to a gradual descent of the SMAS and the skin, forming nasolabial folds and blurring the definition of the jawline.

What does “working in the deep plane” mean in a facelift—and why is it so important?

The Deep Plane Facelift works at a much deeper level than traditional techniques. Instead of focusing only on the skin, it targets the SMAS and the facial retaining ligaments—the key structures that support the tissues of your face.

That’s why, on the day of your surgery, I schedule nothing else: no check-ups, no consultations, no other operations.

The intervention begins with the meticulous planning of the incisions, which I design along the natural folds around the ears so that they remain completely hidden. Each incision line is carefully marked, respecting the individual anatomy of every patient and ensuring that the final result is virtually imperceptible.

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia or intravenous sedation and typically lasts around five hours.

Thanks to the Preservation Deep Plane technique, I lift only a very small amount of skin. Although more technically demanding, this approach ensures a much faster recovery.

Once access to the deep plane is achieved, I release the retaining ligaments—an essential step to reposition the tissues naturally and in an anatomically respectful way.

This is where the true difference of the Deep Plane lies, and the key to achieving the best possible outcome.

During this phase, I reposition the descended fat pads of the midface, restore the definition of the jawline, and refine the neck to eliminate laxity and platysmal banding. All of this is done without creating tension on the skin, which is fundamental to obtaining a natural and long-lasting result.

The closure of the procedure is just as meticulous. Each layer is sutured independently, and the skin is closed with the utmost care using techniques that promote aesthetic healing and scars that are virtually invisible.

How are facelift scare?

What is recovery like?

Recovery from a Deep Plane Facelift is usually much easier than most patients expect. Still, it’s important to know what to expect at each stage so you can plan properly.

The first 10 days are, without doubt, the most intense. Swelling and bruising are normal, especially around the eyes and in the areas where I’ve worked more deeply. This phase can feel a little overwhelming, but it’s temporary and part of the natural healing process.

From day 10 onwards, you’ll notice a significant change. Swelling begins to subside, and you start to see the first signs of your new face. Many patients tell me that at this point they feel much more optimistic and encouraged about their recovery.

Between days 15 and 20, most people are ready to return to their normal life. This usually means going back to work, resuming social activities, and feeling comfortable going out again. Of course, every person is different, and some may need a few more days, but this is the general guideline I share with my patients.

What is a SMAS Facelift?

Moreover, by not applying tension to the skin, the scars are virtually invisible, avoiding the dreaded “pulled” look often associated with traditional facelifts.

Main differences

Depth of Intervention

While the traditional facelift focuses on superficial layers, the Deep Plane Facelift works on the deeper facial structures.

This allows for a more anatomically respectful approach to the changes that occur with aging.
Results

By working with the deeper tissues, the Deep Plane Facelift provides greater stability to the results, which last far longer than the results of a traditional facelift.

Additionally, by repositioning the tissues to their original location, the Deep Plane Facelift delivers results that appear far more natural.
Cicatrices

As there is no tension applied to the skin, the Deep Plane Facelift results in nearly imperceptible scars, whereas traditional facelifts can leave more visible marks, such as hypertrophic scars or “pixie ears.”

The origins of Facelift Surgery

The first publications about facelift surgery date back to the early 20th century. At that time, aging was thought to be primarily about skin sagging, so surgery was limited to pulling the skin tight and removing excess tissue.

The role of SMAS

It wasn’t until the 1970s that the SMAS (Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic System) was discovered – a layer of fiber and muscle tissue located beneath the skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue.

While it may appear that aging simply causes skin sagging, what actually occurs is a downward shift of the deep facial tissues, particularly the SMAS.

Thanks to this discovery, facelift surgery evolved from simple “skin tightening” to “SMAS lifting”, a tad deeper and quite more effective approach.

The Retaining Ligaments

However, our understanding of facial anatomy has continued to evolve, along with lifting techniques.

The following step was to understand why the SMAS descends over time.

In 1989, Furnas described the retaining ligaments in his landmark article “The Retaining Ligaments of the cheek” published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He demostrated the existence of pillar-like structures that support the soft tissues of the face. Over time, these ligaments stretch, allowing gravity to take its toll.

Despite this discovery, most surgeons continued performing what we call “SMAS lifting” (SMAS Lift), using techniques such as SMASectomy or SMAS plication.

Let me break it down for you.

The SMAS Lift

The SMAS lift involves applying sutures to the SMAS layer (either folding it upon itself or cutting and resuturing a strip), creating tension primarily in the posterior region of the face.

However, because this technique doesn’t address the stretched retaining ligaments (located more anteriorly), tissue descent continues in the anterior facial region, resulting in an unnatural appearance: excessive tension in the posterior portion and laxity in the anterior area.

The Mini-Facelift

Mini-lifting emerged as a marketing tool. After all, who wouldn’t be attracted to rejuvenation through mini-surgery?

There are primarily two mini-lifting techniques: the MACS Lift and the S-Lift. Both are characterized by a very short incision that barely allows for SMAS tightening.

Obviously, this doesn’t correct the descent of retaining ligaments, resulting in outcomes that are not only subtle but also short-lived.

Remember: MINIlift = MINIresults!

So is Deep Plane Lifting more effective because it addresses the retaining ligaments?

Exactly.

To achieve effective results, a detailed understanding of facial anatomy is essential.

Anatomically, the face is far more complex than we imagine, but we can think of the retaining ligaments as pillars supporting the face. When these pillars stretch, gravity takes effect, and unwanted sagging appears.

This is why no exercise can effectively combat sagging: it’s caused by ligament elongation, not by loss of facial muscle strength.

When we talk about the Deep Plane, does this mean the surgery is more aggressive?

Quite the opposite.

Although counterintuitive, Deep Plane lifting is actually less aggressive than traditional facelift surgery.

In a traditional facelift, all facial skin is lifted to place sutures in the musculature. However, anatomically, the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and SMAS are three interconnected layers, so surgically separating them generates an intense inflammatory response because tissues that should remain connected are being separated.

In contrast, with Deep Plane lifting, we work in a deep plane, beneath the SMAS. This deep plane is what we call a natural gliding plane, containing no blood vessels or adhesions between planes except for the retaining ligaments.

This makes it anatomically much more respectful of natural tissue planes, resulting in less inflammation and less pain during recovery.

What is a rhytidectomy?

It is the scientific term for a facelift — a surgery that tightens the facial tissues to redefine the jawline. There are different techniques that can deliver very different results, so it is essential to get the right information before deciding to move forward with the procedure.

What are the different types of facelift?

We can distinguish between the SMAS facelift (traditional) and the Deep Plane facelift. In the SMAS lift, the skin is lifted and sutures are placed to tighten the facial muscles (SMAS plication). In contrast, the Deep Plane facelift requires less skin lifting (therefore less aggressive) and focuses not on pulling the tissues but on repositioning them back to their original location — achieving results that are much more natural.

Which is the best facelift technique?

The Deep Plane facelift is the most advanced technique to achieve a natural and long-lasting result. Unlike other approaches such as the SMAS lift, it is anatomically more respectful and the scars are less noticeable.

Which facelift provides the most natural result?

The Deep Plane facelift best restores youthful facial structure without altering expression. By acting on the deeper tissues, it avoids the overstretched look that is typical of other techniques.

Neck Laxity: Non-invasive Treatment or Surgery?

Ever noticed how time seems to fast-track straight to your neck?

If so, you’re definitely not alone.

But here’s the thing—with all the treatment options out there, which one’s actually right for you?

What can you do about neck sagging?

The answer to this question depends fundamentally on your starting point, and we’ll distinguish between 2 situations: prevention and treatment.

Additionally, among treatments we’ll distinguish between non-invasive options (radiofrequency, HIFU…) and surgery (liposuction, Facetite, lifting).

Want to know which is the best option for you?

Prevention

Your neck often gets the short end of the stick because it’s slower to show its age, but it deserves the same treatments as your face when you’re putting together an anti-ageing game plan (think neuromodulators, mesotherapy, skinboosters…).

Here are your best bets for keeping your neck skin in tip-top shape:

Cosmeceuticals

A proper neck prevention protocol requires a cosmeceutical, a quality product with active ingredients of proven efficacy. After testing several products from various commercial brands, there’s one product that stands out well above the competition: Neostrata SkinActive Neck and Décolletage. Due to its high concentration of alpha-hydroxy acids, it’s an excellent dermal stimulator, which translates to slowing down the passage of time on the surface. But remember: it only serves to prevent, it won’t retighten the neck.

Skinboosters

Skinboosters are products that deeply hydrate the skin whilst stimulating fibroblasts, responsible for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness. Usually two sessions per year are sufficient for maintenance, although proper medical advice is essential to check if they’re indicated in your case.

Non-invasive treatments

Although prevention is the best tool to avoid premature sagging and parchment-like texture of neck skin, we don’t always arrive in time. What can we do?

At this point, we need to consider somewhat more intensive treatments, which should be added to a skinbooster protocol for maintenance:

Radiofrequency

Radiofrequency involves controllably increasing the dermis temperature, reaching 39-42° at the surface. Thanks to thermal stimulation, it’s possible to reactivate fibroblasts, thus improving skin elasticity. However, it only improves skin quality, so it’s NOT a useful treatment for managing excess fat or sagging.

Ultrasound (HIFU)

In very selected cases, focused ultrasound (HIFU) can help improve neck appearance. I usually reserve this option for patients who don’t want surgery and who only have discrete loss of jawline definition and a small excess of neck fat.

Thread lifts

Let me be very clear: thread lifts do NOT work for improving the neck. At best, you’ll see transient improvement due to the inflammatory process, but it’s impossible for them to achieve a satisfactory and long-lasting result.

Why? Because they only create tension in the skin, but don’t correct muscular descent or submandibular gland herniation, which are almost always responsible for loss of neck definition.

Surgical treatments

Liposuction

Liposuction is a very effective treatment for eliminating excess fat.

However, to achieve good results, proper indication is fundamental: there should be no sagging (if there is, an empty skin pouch will remain) nor submandibular gland herniation (by removing superficial fat, the glands will become even more prominent).

That’s why it should be limited to young patients (without sagging) who only have a small excess of localised fat.

Facetite / Necktite

Although there’s a lot of marketing around Facetite, it’s radiofrequency-assisted liposuction: once liposuction is performed, heat is applied via a cannula that, in theory, should tighten skin and musculature.

Now, do you really believe that when there’s excess skin, it can disappear as if by magic?

Or that a cannula applying heat can correct a hernia or join two separated muscles?

Don’t be fooled…

Beyond facilitating liposuction, heat application only encourages the formation of intense fibrosis that will undoubtedly make surgery much more difficult when you decide to take the plunge.

And I speak from experience…

Neck lift (or Face & Neck Lift)

When the goal is to correct structure and achieve a visible and definitive result, surgery is the way. Specifically, a neck lift or cervicofacial lift.

Surgery undoubtedly constitutes the best option for treating necks with excess skin, muscular sagging, or submandibular gland herniation. Even though aesthetic medicine has advanced greatly in recent years, it’s not possible to work on these structures without surgery.

What about a mini-lift? Don’t be fooled by the name. However tempting it may sound, a mini-lift does NOT adequately address the neck. Want to know more about mini-lifts? Click here.
