The first consultation is essential. Its only purpose is to get to know you, listen to you, and understand exactly what you hope to achieve. I will answer all your questions with complete transparency.

Here’s how the process works when you come to my private practice:

  1. Personalized assessment: We will study your case in depth. If I believe it is not the right time or your expectations don’t align with what we can achieve, I will tell you clearly. Book your consultation here.

  3. Conditions and timing: You will receive a detailed proposal including timing, financial conditions, and surgical waiting list, which is usually around 2 months.
  4. Confirmation and preparation: Once you’ve made your decision, we will move forward with scheduling your surgery. We will carry out the preoperative study and help you arrive in the best condition possible to optimize your recovery.

Where will your surgery take place in Barcelona?

I have been operating for years at Clínica Diagonal. Although there are other clinics closer to me, I know this one offers operating theatres with state-of-the-art technology, spacious rooms, and a nursing team highly experienced in aesthetic surgery.

Everything is designed to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the procedure and during your initial recovery.

What type of anesthesia is used for a facelift?

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia (with some exceptions where intravenous sedation may be considered), always under the care of my team’s anesthesiologist.

This is the safest and most comfortable option for you, ensuring deep sleep and a pain-free experience.

Is parking available near the clinic?

Yes. While street parking can be tricky, there is a nearby street with available spaces (see Google Maps here) and an underground car park just a few steps away (link here).

How often do you hold consultations in Barcelona?

I see patients three days a week.

Can the preoperative study be carried out in Barcelona?

Of course. The preoperative study (blood tests, cardiac exams, etc.) can be fully coordinated here in Barcelona for your convenience. If you are coming from outside the city, you may simply do the tests near your home and send us the results by email.

I’m from another city—how should I organize my surgery and recovery in Barcelona?

The area offers plenty of hotels and apartments. My team can provide a list of establishments close to the clinic so you can reach us simply by crossing the street.

How are postoperative follow-ups organized if I live in another city?

The first check-up is always in person in Barcelona.

If you need to take a flight to return home, we recommend staying in Barcelona for the first few days.

If you can return home by car or train, you can comfortably recover at home and come back for stitch removal. In the meantime, we will follow up with video consultations to avoid unnecessary travel.
